Design and Build Control System and Web Camera on Smart Autopilot Unmanned Ship Based on Web Real Time Communications (Web-RTC)

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has good marine potential, so that many Indonesian people make a living as fishermen, but fishermen still use communication methods among fishermen to provide information on the presence of fish in the sea, so technology is needed for fishermen to catch fish quickly and efficiently. One of these technologies is to apply the technology of sending information from the sea to the mainland using the internet network, the technology which will later be installed on the SAUS ship.

SAUS is a research aimed at developing technology to make it easier for fishermen when looking for fish. SAUS has three controllers that are used to move the ship towards the sea or river, one of which is using an internet-based controller that will be controlled remotely from the mainland, and installing cameras to facilitate remote surveillance. So that it can make it easier for fishermen to get information on the existence of fish in the sea.

The development of maritime technology in the form of a SAUS (Smart Autopilot Unmanned Ship) ship has 3 control systems developed, while the tool that the researchers created focuses on the development of remote monitoring and control using the internet and monitoring the condition of the front of the ship directly using a webcam camera sent using Web technology. -RTC.

The use of GPS and Compass aims to monitor the point where the ship is directly displayed on the map.
